Jennifer L. Divis
Jennifer Divis is WF Legal’s Litigation Paralegal and Administrative Assistant. Jennifer joined PWF Legal in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a general practice law firm as a paralegal for almost nine years. Jennifer is highly motivated, organized, and hard-working and has high expectations for the quality of her work, great attention to detail, and exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Additionally, Jennifer loves to write and is an integral part of every single brief, motion, and piece of legal correspondence generated at WF Legal. Jennifer loves the firm’s focus on housing and finds the various areas of law related to housing disputes to be fascinating.
In directing legal research and case investigations, she is exceedingly resourceful. Jennifer thrives on building a trusting relationship with the whole team and is capable of structuring and classifying multiple pieces of information and effectively conveying information so others will understand.
In addition to her paralegal role, Jennifer serves as the firm’s Administrative Assistant, which is no small role, as she keeps the partners hectic professional lives on track.
Jennifer is originally from Iowa where she was born and raised. She has a teenage son who has actively been enjoying motocross racing since he was seven. She has pursued her dream to move to Colorado where she loves photographing scenic pictures of the majestic mountains and stunning sunsets. She is excited to become a volunteer at Happy Dog Ranch horse sanctuary. She also enjoys listening and dancing to music, reading, and hiking.

We navigate our clients through the rough spots and back onto thefairways and smooth trails of governing and operating your facility or community. Our legal team is driven by the fact that each client’s needs can be different and require out-of-the-boxthinking. We also provide preventative litigation advice, and offer a number of educational workshops designed to help our clients avoid legal problems.
